Changing the profile picture in an iPhone is a super easy process. In order to do it on your iOS phone, firstly, you’ll have to open the Gmail app. Then click on your profile picture, which is at the top right. Then click on Camera and tap on Change or Add a profile picture. You’ll get two options after that. One will be where you can take a new picture to change Gmail profile picture on iPhone.
